So as those who follow me know, I went to San Diego Comic Con this past week. I also waited in line for about 15 hours to get into Hall H on Saturday. Which means I saw the Age of Ultron footage.

Now I’m just going entirely off of memory here but here’s some watercolor sketches of some bits. Obviously really rough but to give you at least an idea of the framing and whatnot. If you want to see more just ask me and I’ll try to paint what you’re looking for. Also, I will post a detailed written description soon, I only just got my laptop back so that’s why there’s been a delay.

Top sketch: Steve pulls at the hammer and one edge lifts a little off the table. Thor, who had been sitting back on the sofa smirking at his friends’ failures to lift the hammer, suddenly looks a little panicked. He probably regrets promising rule of Asgard to whoever can lift the hammer. When Steve steps back and just shrugs and says he can’t lift it Thor relaxes back onto the sofa with a relieved smile. I’m pretty sure Cap CAN lift the hammer and just chose not to once he realized he could.

Middle: the traumatized Banner on the quinjet shot. Not sure if it is post-Hulking out or not but he looked VERY shell-shocked. Disheveled and grimy and just staring while wrapped in a blanket. The shot showed the rest of the Avengers in the background (or at least some of them) and the lighting was very dim, but the camera zoomed in to focus on Banner.

Bottom: Guessing this is in the South Africa Hulk vs Hulkbuster bit. Natasha steps closer to the Hulk, looking scared but also pitying and slightly wondering even, and holds up her hand to Hulk’s giant green one. Like Tarzan and Jane, haha. Lots of dust and debris in the background.
